About Our Firm
Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Pierson, LLC, has been a Main Street business since 1983 when David Kee and Bill Tymoczko became partners. The firm was previously known as Fellows, Kee & Nesbitt. Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Pierson is a full service law firm offering clients assistance in real estate matters, elder law, estate issues and in personal injury/workers' compensation cases. David Kee retired in 1998. Bill now practices with Bronwen Pierson, who became a partner in the firm in 2002. Bronwen's father, Paul "Ted" Pierson, a former Superior Court Justice, has became "Of Counsel" with the firm. Their experienced staff includes Caryn Howard, Lisa Sutherland, and Andrea Stewart.
In January 2002 the firm relocated to a larger office space located at 149 U.S. Route 1, next to McDonald's. Our larger facility allows us to accommodate our growing business and provide for our clients easy access and ample off-street parking.
Bill Tymoczko
Bill Tymoczko is a Bucksport High School graduate, a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a B.S. in Accounting, and a graduate of the University of Maine Law School. He joined the firm in 1982 and became partner in 1984. Bill is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and Maine Trial Lawyers Association. Over the years Bill has established his practice in the Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury areas. Bill is very active in community projects, sponsoring local recreation teams, church functions and is involved with the local cub scouts. He resides in Bucksport with his wife and two children.
Bronwen Pierson
Bronwen Pierson joined the firm as an associate in 1998 and became a partner in 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and
University of Maine Law School. Bronwen has established a practice in real estate, elder law, estate planning and corporate matters.
David W. Kee - Retired
David Kee was a founding member and partner in the firm until his retirement in 1998. David served as Hancock County Attorney in the
1970's, was the Maine Human Rights Commissioner from 1974-1989 and was elected Maine State Bar Association President in 1993. For many years he
has been involved with the issue of substance abuse in the legal community and continues his to do so after his retirement from the firm.
Paul "Ted" Pierson
Ted Pierson joined the firm on an "Of Counsel" basis in 2002. Ted is a former Maine Superior Court Justice and practices in the personal injury
area with the firm. Ted enjoys the Maine outdoors and resides in Bucksport with his wife.
Caryn Howard
Caryn came to the firm in 1992 and has been in the legal profession since her graduation from Champlain College in 1987. Caryn handles the real
estate and title insurance for the firm. She is a native of Brooksville and she and her husband reside in Bucksport.
Lisa Sutherland
Lisa returned to the firm in 1998 and handles the personal injury and workers' compensation work as well as being bookkeeper for the firm. Lisa enjoys watching her two children's various activities and camping with her family.
Andrea Stewart
Andrea joined the firm in 2005 and is involved in many areas of the firm's practices. Andrea resides in Bucksport with her husband and two sons.
